You can select compensation ranges, geography and location. If you’re interested in a certain company, you can always go to their direct Monster page for company information and job listings.
LinkedIn is one of the best ways to search for jobs right now because it pairs company listings with your Rolodex. If you find a job you are interested in, you can do a quick search to see if you have any mutual connections with the hiring director or someone at that company. You then have the opportunity to get a referral.
