Ridiculous estimate
I had an agent come out for a walk-through. Over the phone they estimated around $1000 for a move 1 mile away. When the guy came he started opening up my closets which I told him had no bearing on the move and not to open them but he did it again. I guess my comment pissed him off so he quoted me $3500 for the move. I wouldn't pay that for an out of state move. Very disappointed

Fast and cost effective
The George Moving crew was excellent. They arrived at the very beginning of the provided time slot, went right to work, and didn't stop. They completed the move in a much shorter window than quoted resulting in a $200 savings. The process was fast and damage free. I highly recommend George Moving and Storage.
Another Fantastic Job!
This is my second time using George Moving. I would highly recommend them as they did a huge commercial job the first time and just finished a smaller residential job. My dealing were all positive and professional from the salesperson to the truck driver/delivery people. 5 stars all the way!
Beyond Expectation
Just completed a residential move with an additional stop at our son's house. The entire move went smoothly and we are very pleased with the service received. The office staff of Debbie and Amanda communicated effectively, the crew of Dave, Jay and Jeff worked their butts off, hustled all day and were very personable to get along with. Fantastic Service
Tyler was fantastic to work with. He came to our office, provided a detailed quote, and got everything coordinated quickly. The movers were equally professional and nice to work with, and incredibly efficient. Finding one company to handle both our moving and storage needs made the process so much smoother, especially since the service was top notch and the rates were surprisingly competitive. Damaged items
We used George’s moving company in February of this year within the first couple of things moved they dropped my dining room table and damaged it . Was told they would repair or replace it . File a claim and told its on me because of the cheaper insurance. They sub contract the job and will be filing at magistrates office to get a new table . Do not use them if your smart
