The gentleman who came to my home and gave me the quote was thorough and helpful. Unfortunately the move was not as positive as. The movers scratched my floor by sliding furniture instead of picking it up. Dishes were broken and items are missing. I am very disappointed in the delivery of my furniture and goods. George Moving was highly recommended so I am very surprised at the poor service.

Out of State Move
Debbie, Becky, and Abigail were all very friendly, timely, and accommodating to help my husband and I move to a new state. The team sent to move us, Jack, from North American, and both crews at pick up and drop off, were friendly, polite, and also accommodating. Would hire again and highly recommend.
Super job from start to finish!
Just moved and Debbie gave us accurate professional quote. Came a bit late and one worker didn’t show, but other three more than made up for it. Very hard workers, organized and careful of furniture and our home. Very pleasant and stayed til job was done to our satisfaction.

Ridiculous estimate
I had an agent come out for a walk-through. Over the phone they estimated around $1000 for a move 1 mile away. When the guy came he started opening up my closets which I told him had no bearing on the move and not to open them but he did it again. I guess my comment pissed him off so he quoted me $3500 for the move. I wouldn't pay that for an out of state move. Very disappointed

Fast and cost effective
The George Moving crew was excellent. They arrived at the very beginning of the provided time slot, went right to work, and didn't stop. They completed the move in a much shorter window than quoted resulting in a $200 savings. The process was fast and damage free. I highly recommend George Moving and Storage.
Another Fantastic Job!
This is my second time using George Moving. I would highly recommend them as they did a huge commercial job the first time and just finished a smaller residential job. My dealing were all positive and professional from the salesperson to the truck driver/delivery people. 5 stars all the way!
