First, let me say all the men who picked up and delivered our furniture and boxes were hard working and wonderful about protecting our floors and homes. However, the salesman and customer service representative were unresponsive, unclear, and vague about our costs, our responsibilities, and payment details. Our goods were picked up, and were not delivered until a week later, the truck sat at their truck lot nearly the entire week. We were aware of the possibility of this time frame, via our estimate, but every day was a guessing game, wondering when we would be informed about our delivery to our new address. The dispatcher, and customer service representative seemed to not even care about our business or us. And now, I have paid nearly 6,000 for a pickup and delivery, and can not even get a return email nor a call, regarding my question on total weight.
