The move was fine and the guys were great. Not having wardrobe boxes was an inconvenience. I also don't appreciate the billing process. If you want to apply a $500.00 security or 50% of the estimate up front, I'm ok with that, but over billing days in advance then making work for me insofar that I now have to likely make multiple inquiry's into my charge card online to see when and if billing refund has hit my account... I didn't and don't like that kind of process and would recommend changing it:.. If asked, I'll share what I felt were the good and not good experiences related to the move.
