I used George M&S for a residential long-distance move, with storage. The quote, pickup, and delivery processes all went great, and the customer service was good. However, after my stuff was picked up, I was told that George could not honor the delivery date agreed by email. I was initially offered a window ending ~10 days later for ~$700 more that the quoted price, or an even later window for ~200 more. I was fortunately in a position to be flexible, and we ultimately agreed on the 10-day window and ~$100 more. Overall, it was a positive experience, and my furniture and belongings arrived safely before I absolutely needed them. But I would urge 1) caution and 2) making sure all dates are written in the contract, not just emailed, if you are not flexible in the dates.
